T = 45 N

In vertical circular motion, at lowest point-
T - mg = mv^2 / r
45 - 0.5×10 = 0.5v^2 / 0.5
45 - 5 = v^2
40 = v^2
v = √40
v = 6.324 m/s

Therefore, velocity of the string at lowest point is 6.324 m/s.
