Potential Energy= m*g*h (m= mass, g= acceleration due to gravity, h= height of the object)

P.E.1= 2*10*4= 80J  [Potential Energy of 1st stone]

P.E.2= 4*10*4= 160J  [Potential Energy of 2nd stone]

Therefore difference between their P.E. = 160J-80J= 80J
