Grandparents are the important members of everyone’s family without them every family is incomplete in itself. Grandparents are important in the formation of their grandchildren’s character and perspective on life because Grandparents have lived through three stages of their lives,childhood,adulthood,grandparenthood.They well know about the life and its ups and downs.
Different teaches we can teach from them:
They are our first teachers: Grandparents are our first teachers. They are the backbone support for our family. Respect and care for elders are start with our parents, our first Guru.
Wisdom: Our Grandparents have more knowledge and wisdom than anyone of us. Their experiences are lot and we have to learn from them so take time to listen to what they have to say.
Moral, values, principles: Our Grandparents have either acquired, created or have been brought up with a set of morals, values and principles in their life. We can learn different things from them about the life their wrong and rights.
They love us unconditionally: Our elders are always loves us for them no other thing is matter what we do in our life, what type of person we are. They might be disappointed from us but their unconditional love is hard to find anywhere else.
History and Heritage: Most important thing our grandparents brings us a sense of identity of our past and the responsibility we have to stay true to our origins for future generations. This heritage and history is best preserved through our elders. We have much to learn from them.
