One day when Ankit and his friend were playing during break time in the school they heard someone screaming from the terrace. They looked up but they could not see who was screaming. Ankit was a very brave boy. He was a member of the school scout team. He felt it was his responsibility to go and help the person. So he ran up the steps and reached the terrace.
When he reached there he was shocked to see his classmate Rahul. A man with a mask was holding him tightly and tying him up with a rope. Rahul was screaming for help. Ankit ran forward, the man with a mask saw him and immediately shouted and told Ankit that if he came one foot forward he would throw Rahul down from the terrace.
It was a difficult situation. Ankit had to think fast. As a scout he had learnt some tricks. So he pretended to obey the man's order and stood still. The man felt assured that Ankit would not be able to harm him and got busy in tying Rahul. When he was not expecting an attack, Ankit jumped on him from behind. The man lost balance and fell on his face. Quickly Ankit stood on him and did not allow him to get up. In the meantime Rahul freed himself and he also stood on the man.
Both of them shouted loudly for help. A policeman standing on the road heard them and came to their rescue. He called his police station and within minutes the man with a mask was arrested. Everyone praised Ankit and the policeman for their brave deed.
