current 'I' = 15A
volt V = 120v
using P = VI
P = 120 × 15
P = 1800watt
now work done is given 30 kj
using
workdone = P × t
W = 1800 × t
30 × 1000 j = 1800 × t
t = 16.67 sec
it take 16.67 second to consume 30kj

I HOPE IT IS HELPFUL TO YOU☺☺☺

Answer:

Time, t = 16.66 seconds

Explanation:

Given that,

Current, I = 15 A

Voltage, V = 120 volts

Energy, E = 30 kJ

Let t is the time taken.

The energy used is given by :

E=P\times t

And the power is given by :

P=I\times V

t=\dfrac{E}{VI}

t=\dfrac{3\times 10^4}{120\times 15}

t = 16.66 seconds

So, the stove will take 16.66 seconds. Hence, this is the required solution.
