T = maximum tension force in the string = 3.16 kg.wt = 3.16 x 9.8 N = 31 N
m = mass of tsone tied to string end = 49 g = 0.049 kg
r = length of the string = radius of the circle = 1 m
w = maximum angular
Tension force in the string provides the necessary centripetal force for the stone to move in circle
hence tension force =- centripetal force
T = m r w²
inserting the values
31 = (0.049) (1) w²
w = 25.2 rad/s
1 rev = 6.28 rad
w = (25.2) (rad/s) (1 rev/6.28 rad)
w = 4.01 rev/s

Hope this helps u
