Some organizations have strong cultures that embrace change, self-reflection at an individual, team, and organization-wide level, and investment in professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
Other organizations have cultures that strongly embrace tradition, hirarchy, adherence to process over focus on results, and short-term results over investment in long-term success.
Identitying which culture is more likely to effectively realize efforts to engage and benefit from diversity is an exercise I will leave to the reader.
