A strong man and a weak man is carrying ladder. How can we keep ladder in such a way in which weak man will get less weight

But if you're asking how two people (with a big difference between their strenghts) should carry a ladder with equal stain on them both, the stonger one should hold the ladder closer to the middle, while the weaker closer to one end of the ladder.
