In the second part if the experiment, she added iron metal to other test tube C and D containing aqueous solution of Aluminium Sulphate and Copper sulphate. In which test tube will she observe colour change ? On the basis of this experiment, state which one is more reactive metal and Why ?

Answer:

He will observe color changes in test tubes A and B as aluminum displaces iron and copper   from their respective salt solution.

A color change will also be observed in test tube D as iron displaces copper but does not displace aluminum.

No colour will take place in C as Fe cannot displace Al from Al2(SO4)3 .

From the above observations we can conclude that aluminum is the most reactive metal.

Hope this helps
