First of all, if the forests are conserved then the nation will be abundantly supplied with the products obtained from wild like resins, gums, essential oils, teak ,etc so they can export these to international markets and this would enhance their GDP. Secondry reason could be that if forests are conserved then the along with flora, fauna will prosper too, and this would attract wildlife tourism by foreign tourists and this would again help to increase the national income.
