let the original number be x
so x/(2/4)= (4x)/2
x*(3/2)= (3x)/2
-> [(4x/2)/(3x/2] * 100
=(4/3)*100
error percentage= 100-[{4/3}*100]
=33.33333333333333333333333333%
so x/(2/4)= (4x)/2
x*(3/2)= (3x)/2
-> [(4x/2)/(3x/2] * 100
=(4/3)*100
error percentage= 100-[{4/3}*100]
=33.33333333333333333333333333%
