A student from an intermediate college in Karachi requests for the certificate against taking
participation in All Karachi Inter College Bilingual Declamation Contest which was held on Nov
30, 2015 at the main campus, PAF-KIET. Policy dictates that only position holders are awarded
with the certificates. Since the student had not secured any position, certificate cannot be
awarded. As an event coordinator, write him a letter refusing to give a certificate to him.

Since you could not s-ecure a position in the contest this year, we cannot provide you with a certificate. No participation certificates will be is-sued for this contest.
