A student from your dance group stays absent and others are having a problem so what will you do?

we can replace the student by another student... but the student also be interested and must know the dance. if the student don't know than the student must able to catch the steps faster so that all the group member can continue their practice....and also inform the student ones about the decision you had made.....to the student which is absent
