He should have lunch at his college canteen.

Step-by-step explanation:

The prices of cold drinks, samosas, and burgers at various places are as follows:

                              Cold Drink                    Samosa                        Burger

College canteen         ₹9                                ₹5                                 ₹5

Coffee house              ₹10                               ₹8                                 ₹9

Fast food shop            ₹12                              ₹15                               ₹15

Restaurant                   ₹15                              ₹25                              ₹20

It can be seen clearly, that the least prices are at the college canteen only.

Hence, he should have his lunch( one cold drink, two samosas, and one burger) at his college canteen which will cost him the least (9 + 10 + 5 = 24)
