Hey there!
In this question,
Distance is 800 m.
Time is 15 min or 15×60 or 900 sec.
Speed is Distance ÷ Time
Or 800÷900
Or 0.8888888889 meters per second.

Time = 15 min = 1/4hr 0.25 hr
Distance = 800m = 0.8km
Speed = distance / time
= 0.8/0.25
= 8/10÷25/100
= 8/10×100/25
= 800/250
= 3.2
Hence,
Speed = 3.2km/hr
3.2×1000/60 = 53.33 meter/min
3.2×1000/60×60 = 0.88 m/sec = 88cm/sec
Distance = 800m = 0.8km
Speed = distance / time
= 0.8/0.25
= 8/10÷25/100
= 8/10×100/25
= 800/250
= 3.2
Hence,
Speed = 3.2km/hr
3.2×1000/60 = 53.33 meter/min
3.2×1000/60×60 = 0.88 m/sec = 88cm/sec
