(2)HE HAS NOT KEPT KOH SOLUTION IN THE BEAKER
(3)THE LID OF BEAKER IS NOT CLOSED PROPERLY
(4)THE OBSERVATION HA NOT BEEN DONE IN DARK BECAUSE THEY RESPIRE FAST IN DARK ENVIRONMENT

He had not taken the germinating seed
He had not use and washed the beaker properly
As a result due to that the seed started to smell and it gave the result of releasing co2
