The following diagram shows the different stages of asexual reproduction in yeast. Yeast reproduce asexually by an asymmatric division process called budding. In this process a bud develops as an outgrowth due to repeated cell division at one specific site. These buds develop into tiny individuals . The nucleus of the parent cell or mother cell splits into a daughter nucleus and when fully mature,detach from the mother cell and become new independent individuals
