The head has tentacles and the body is attached to the surface.

Budding process:

Continuous cell division takes place till the organism is matured.

Once the bud is matured then the bud gets detached from the parent organism.

When it is detached, it leaves tiny scar in the body of parent organism.

The child organism is clone of parent organism as it is an asexual reproduction.
