The reaction between baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and vinegar (dilute acetic acid) generates carbon dioxide gas which is a colorless and odorless gas. Hence, on adding acetic acid to sodium hydrogen carbonate in a test tube, bubbles of a colorless and odorless gas is observed.
Option C is correct.
