A student perfomed an experiment with covex lens and found the virtual image of an object. Find :
(i) Position of the object
(ii) Draw ray diagram for the above situation

the position of the object from the mirror becomes irrelevant for convex mirrors as the image formed in a convex mirror is always virtual no matter where you keep the object. the image will always be virtual and diminished. The position of the object i.e at C, at F, at infinity, etc. does not affect the nature or size of the image.
