cucumber will become rotten, plastic pen will be unaffected and glass piece may become thick at some corner due to melting ( since it is a supercooled liquid)under some heat pressure made by rotten cucumber in that closed pit...

cucumber being a vegetable would decompose whereas plastic pen and glass would remain unaffected although minor changes in the glass may occur like thickening of the corners as glass is a super cooled liquid but within a month the thickenings would be very very minute
