Answer:

One day practice :-35

So,he practiced 12 days -35×12=420

1hr -60min

So,420÷60=7

So, therefore he studied for 7hrs in 12 and prepared for the competition.

Answer:

Hence student practices 7 hours in 12 days.

Step-by-step explanation:

As per the data provided in the given question.

The given data is as follows,

A student practices 35 minutes per day for the competition of their school.

We have to find how many hours did student practice in 12 days.

At first, we will multiply 35 minutes into no. of days he is practised for competition i.e. 12 days.

=35\times12

We will multiply 2 into 35 get 70 and 1 into 35 get 35

Further, we get

=420

Now we will convert the above value into hours.

Here we will be using conversion ratio.

We know that,

1\;hour=60\;minutes

We will divide 420 by 60 minutes.

Further, we get

=\frac{420}{60}

We will cancel 1 zero from the above term.

Further, we get

=\frac{42}{6}

We will divide 42 by 6 we get.

=7\;hours

Hence student practices 7 hours in 12 days.
