marks in science subject =X
percentage=(X/total mark)100
32=(X/300)100
32=(X/3)
X=3x32
X=96
he secured 96 marks in science subject
now
we want find overall marks for securing 46%
so
total marks=300+200=500
50% of 500=250
1 percent of 500= 5
5x4=20
so 46% we want
250-20=230
so
percentage=(230/500)100
=(230/5)
percent =46%

so he will get 230 marks for to take 46% in overall subjects
he get 96 marks in science subject
substract 230-96
134 marks he must secure in language subject
Answer:134 marks
