a student takes a rectangular piece of paper 30 cm long and 21cm wide.Find the area of the biggest circle that can be cut out from the paper.Also find the area of the paper left after cutting out the circle

Area of the paper=l*b       [since its a rectangle]
                            =30*21
                            =630 square cm
Now the radius of the largest circle will be 10.5 cm
Hence the area of the circle so formed will be 346.36
And the area of the left portion will be =630-346.36
                                                             =283.64
