acetic acid turns blue litmus red because it is acidic in nature
sodium carbonate does not effects blue litmus because it is basic in nature

devanshrathoreSKDR: its not right the ans will be no change....as when acetic acide combines with na2c03 form sodium ethonate which is basic. and show no change on litms paper
Radisha111: thanks
