The answer he got = \frac{2x}{3}

So we can say that

\frac{2x}{3} + 10 = \frac{3x}{2}

\frac{2x+30}{3} = \frac{3x}{2}

9x = 4x + 60

5x = 60

x = 12

Hence the number is 12
