Let the number be x

A/q ,

3/2 * x = x /(3/2) +2/3

=> 3x /2 = 2x/3 +2/3

=> 3x /2 = (2x+2) /3

=> 3x * 3 = 2(2x+2)

=> 9x = 4x +4

=> 9x - 4x = 4

=> 5x = 4

=> x = 4/5 .

This is the solution
