A student was asked to put few raisins in water in a petri dish 'A' and a few in a concentrated sugar solution in another petri dish 'B'. (a)what will be the change in raisins in Petri dishes 'A' and 'B'? (b)explain briefly the reason for the above changes.

Raisins in the water will soak water and size of reasons will increase because the concentration of water is more outside the raisins as compared to in the raisins and the reasons in the sugar solution will shrink because the concentration of sugar is high inside the reasons then outside the raisins
