respect to the sea level? What is the horizontal distance of the submarine from the sea shore?​

Answer:

First submarine decend by 11/10 km so current position is -11/10 km .

Now it assends by

3/5 km so now position is -11/10 + 3/5 

   = -1/2

Again it descends by 9/10 so now current position is -1/2 - 9/10

 

              =  -14/10 = -7/5

so i is at 7/5 km below sea level.
