A submarine is at 20 m below the ground level. if it depends at the rate of 13 m/min ,how long will it take to reach -2400m​

•A submarine is at 20m below the ground level initially.So, it is at -20m position.

•If it descends at a rate of 13m/min i.e it goes down at a rate of 13 metres per minute.

•To reach -2400 m, it should travel 2400-20 = 2380m.

• So to reach 2380m, as it travel 13m/min divide 2380 by 13 we get the required number of minutes to travel .

•2380/13 is approximately equal to 183 minutes.

•So, it approximately takes 183 minutes.
