A submarine is floating at a depth of 1000meter in an ocean . The force on window having dimensions 20cm×20cm ,of submarine is (density of sea water =1.03×10^3 kg m^-3 and ignore atmospheric pressure​

Given - Depth of submarine - 1000 meter.

Dimensions of window - 20*20 cm² - 400 cm² - 0.04 m²

Density of sea water - 1.03*10³ kg/m³

Find - Force on window of submarine.

Solution - Force on window of submarine can be calculated by the help of difference in pressure on outside and inside of window, which is equivalent to p*g*h.

Force will be calculated as - p*g*h*area.

Force - 1.03*10³*10*1000*0.04

Force - 4.12*10⁵ N

Thus, force on window will be 4.12*10⁵ N.
