A submarine was situated exactly sea level. If it descends 500 feet, what is its new position?​

position of submarine =at sea level

=0

[NOTE: descend means falling]

so after descending 500 feet new position = 0+ 500=500 feet below sea level.

=-500 if you need it in integer
