●Solid is a rigid form of matter having definite shape and volume.

●Liquid is a fluid form of matter which has definite volume but does not contain fixed shape. But takes the shape of container.

●Gases are fluid form of matter which does not have fixed shape or volume.

Hence correct answer is Liquid state.

Answer:

The answer is Liquid state.

√The particles of solid are very close to each other. Their freedom of movement is limited. It has a definite shape.

√In the liquid state, particles are relative farther apart

and have more freedom of movement than in the solid

state. It does not has a shape but it takes the shape of the container.

In the the gaseous state, particles remain far away

from one another. Their freedom of movement is very high.It does not

has any shape.
