Answer:

12 %

Explanation:

Weight/Weight % of a sugar solution is 10%.

It means (weight of sugar /weight of solution) =10 /100

It means if 100 gram solution is taken then weight of sugar =(10/100)*100 =10 gram.

Density of the solution is 1.2Gram/millilitre.

Volume of 1.2gram solution is 1mililitre.

Volume of 1gram solution is 1/1.2 millilitre.

Volume of 100 gram solution is 100 /1.2 mililitre.

Then Weight/Volume%=(10 /100 *1.2*100)%

Hope it helps you..

=12 % this is the answer.

Answer:

w/w% of suger =10%

weight of suger/weight of solution =10/100

weight of suger =10gram

denceity of the solution is 1.2 g/ml

volume of 1.2g is 1ml

volume of 1g is 1/1.2ml

volume of 100 g solution=100/1.2 ml

then,

w/v%=10/100*1.2/10*100=12%
