Step-by-step explanation:

a.)

solution -

given - 2 banarasi sarees - rs 1500 × 2

8 metre of shirting - rs 100 × 8

1 pair of bed sheets - rs 400.50

8 metre of long cloth - rs 75.50 × 8

1 dozen handkerchief - rs 20 × 12

let the total amount paid by suhani be x

x = ( 1500 × 2 ) + ( 100 × 8 ) + 400.50 + ( 75.50 × 8 ) + ( 20 × 12 )

x = 3000 + 800 + 400.50 + 604 + 240

x = 5044.5

discount given by the shopkeeper = 5044.5 - 30%

=3531.15

after adding GST = 3531.15 + 8%

= 3813.642 ans

I HOPE IT WAS HELPFUL
