We know that Area = 2(lb + bh + lh)

                                 = 2( 80*40 + 40*24 + 80*24)

                                 = 2(3200 + 960 + 1920)

                                 = 12160 cm^2.

Given width of tarpaulin = 96 cm.

Length of tarpaulin to cover one suitcase = 12160/96 = 126.66667.

Length of tarpaulin to cover 100 suitcases = 126.6667 * 100 = 12.67 m.

Hope this helps!
