Amount of 5 years = 600
Amount of 3 years = 560
so amount of 2 years = 40
     amount of 1 year = 20
     amount of 3 years = 60
Principal  + Interest  = 560 ( for 3 years)
P  + 60    = 560
Principal  = 560 - 60
               = 500 Rs.

Interest for 3 years = 60
  pxnxr/100   = 60
  500 x 3 x r / 100  = 60
       r    =   60/15
       r    =  4  so (P= 500 rs & r = 4%)
