Answer:

P (Principal amount) = ₹ 2500

N (No. of years) = 3

R (Rate of interest) = 12 % P.A.

S.I. (Simple interest) = ?

A (Amount) = ?

S.I =  \frac{PNR}{100}  \\ =  \frac{2500 \times 3 \times 12}{100}    \\  = \frac{25 \times 3 \times 12}{1} \\  = 75 \times 12 \\  = 900 \\

Therefore, simple interest = ₹ 900

A = P + S.I.  \\  = 2500 + 900 \\  = 3400

Therefore, amount = ₹ 3400
