A sum of money amounts to 50,080 in 2 year and to 77,280 in 7 years, at simple interest. find the sum and percentage of interest

Answer:

5 yrs S.I=77280-50080=27200

1yrinterst=27200/5=5440

2yrs. : ".. = 10880

Principal = 50080-10880 = 3 9200

Sum=Rs39200

% of interest=5440x100/39200

13.88%.
