A sum of money at simple interest amount to Rs8118 in 3years and to Rs9449 in 4 years the sum is

S.I. for 1 year = Rs. (9449- 8118) = Rs.1331

S.I. for 3 years = Rs.(1331 x 3) = Rs.3993

Principal = Rs. (8118 - 3993) = Rs.6787
