A sum of money becomes 3000 Rs. in 2 years and 3250 Rs. in 3 years . Find the principal and the rate of Interest.

sum of money becomes 3000rs in 2 yr and 3250in 3yr ..
therefore 3250-3000=250rs
rate of interest =3250/250=13℅
