I think 15 years....
because in 10 years it doubles and in next 10 years it will get 4 times (double of double)
that's why in 15 years it get 3 times increased...

for example the amount is 1000rs , after 10 years it will get double means 2000 ....now the amount is 2000 and after 10 years this amount will get double means 4000 but we want 3000 ( thrice of 1000)
bt it is not amount it is principal
