A sum of money interested at 20. per annum simple interest amounts to 650 in 1 ; years. What
will it amount to in 2 years at 12 % per annum simple interest?

SP=20*12*2/100

SP=4.8

Amount=SP+P

=4.8+20=24.8

SI = P×R×T / 100

650 = P× 20× 1/100

650×5 = P

RS 3250 = P

now interest for 2 years at 12% rate of interest

SI = P×R×T/100

SI = 3250×12×2/100

SI = RS 780 ans
