Step-by-step explanation:

IN THE FIRST CASE , IT IS GIVEN that S.I=700 RS , TIME =2YEARS, RATE =20 %

WE KNOW S.I = PRT/100

i.e 700= p×20×2 /100

there fore Principal Amnt Invested (P) = 1750 RS

So In the Second Case

S. I = 1750×18×2.5/100

there fore Interest Amnt (S.I)= 787.5 Rs
