R=8%
A=12122rs
T=2 years
Let p=x rs
Then 12122-x=x*8*2/100
=>12122=4x/25+x
=>12122=29x/25
=>12122*25/29=x
=>418*25=x
=>10450=x
After 2year8month at 9%per annum
T=8/3year
R=9%
P=10450rs
I=10450*8*9/300
=10450*24/100
=250800/100
=2508rs
A=10450+2508=12958rs

Answer:

12958

Explanation:

let the principle be equal to X rupees

SI= X×8×2/100

=4/25X

A=P+SI

12122=X+4/25X

12122=25+4/25X

12122=29/25X

12122×25=29X

303050=29X

X=10450

thus principal is 10450

SI for 2 years is

10450×9×8/3×100

10450×24/3×100

209×8/1×1

2508

Amount for 2 years is

(10450+2508)

12958
