Solution:

Let say Some of money  = 9M

first gets one third of it  

hence first one get = 9M/3  =  3M

Remaining = 9M - 3M = 6M

second gets one third of the remainder  

=> second one gets = 6M/3  = 2M

Remaining amount = 6M - 2M =  4M

Third one get = 4M

third boy's share = 4M

first boy's share = 3M

fraction of the first boy's is the third boy's share  =  4M/3M  = 4/3
