Hello!!!
Here's the Answer :
The ratio of money and the share of each one vary directly.
So, let x be the constant.
=> According to the Question.
=> 3 / 5 = x / (x + 20)
=> 3/ 5 = x / x + 20
=> 3 × (x + 20) = 5 × x
=> 3x + 60 = 5x
=> 60 = 5x - 3x
=> 60 = 2x
=> 60 /2 = x
=> 30 = x
Share of 1st person = x = 30
Share of 2nd person = ( x+20 )
= 30 + 20 = 50
Sum = 50 + 30
= 80
Hope It Helps!!!
