Let the amount of A be 2x and B be 3x                                                         According to the question, 2x + 3x = 15000 ⇒ 5x = 15000 ⇒ x = 3000                                                                                 The amount of B = 3x ⇒ 3 × 3000 = 9000 B gavE = 9000 × 20% ⇒ 9000 × (20/100) = 1800                                                                                                          So, the amount left with B = 9000 - 1800 ⇒ 7200                                                         ∴ The amount left with B is Rs. 7200.
