let principal for first part is x

    principal for second part is (1500-x)

let take 1 year as time

so,

x*6*1/100  +  (1500-x)*5*1 = 85(annual interest per year)

by solving we get x=1000

                  second principal is (1500-1000)=500

ratio is 1000:500 which is 2:1
