in 12 days = x

$\frac{20}{300} = \frac{12}{x}$

therefore ,

2x = 12 x 30

2x = 360

x = 180

Jitesh earned 180 rs in 12 days work

amt of work = 300

jitest took 180

therefore , Kunal will get 300 -180 = 120 rupees
